How many jailbroken apps do you have? They usually count as "other"

I dont have that many jailbroken apps, but thats not the problem. Earlier it said that I have 10gb available and I didnt do anything and it randomly changed to 0 bytes available and its marked as other for some reason

Hmmm.... That's odd. Just for reference, what firmware are you running?

If you have SBSettings, open it and what does it say under "Storage"

Hey. I signed up just to help you. As I know what the problem is. Don't worry because you're not the only one to have this, it happened to a ton of people. It's easily fixed too.

I made a thread on another forum on how to fix it and here is what you do to fix it:

The problem is that the app "Rock" has shat out a huge multigigabyte file for most people. The file is in var/mobile/library/ryp/logs/

I have rock but I don't have cydia. Earlier today I installed a rock app update which maybe caused this problem. So if I dont have cydia what should I do? Also, I'm on firmware 3.1.2 but I have the "fake" 3.1.3 installed. Under storage on SB Settings it says "Storage: 242 MB on / 8MB on /var"

That's a little bit of storage space shown.

I tried deleting JUST the log file from var/mobile/Library/RYP without uninstalling rock or anything and now it says I have 9.9 gb available so I hope that deleting just the log file didnt ruin anything else.

Edit: so far I don't see any other problems so thx everyone for helping. Plus, I didn't have to reinstall rock or anything to get it to work I just needed to delete the log file
