click you ipod's icon on the side bar. From there click the movies tab. Now check "sync movies" by clicking. From there click "selected movies". then check your movie(s) by clicking and finally hit the sync button in the same window

You could go to your Ipods main page then check the box that says, "manually managae music and movies".

Then just go to your movie folder and drag it into your Ipod.

apparently the mpeg4 copy of your video is not ipod compatable. Simply finding a mpeg4 video is not enough some divx files are mpeg4 but will not play on ipod so they won't be transfered.
