    Hey,
I was using a jailbroken iPod Touch running on 1.1.4 and I decided to update to 2.0 using Pwnage Tool on a mac.
iTunes was saying it was updating and everything, and when it was finish, it turned itself off like normal. A few seconds later, it turned itself back on, but starts restart. I only see the booting logo in 4 sec before it restart again. And it hasn't stopped restarting. iTunes does have enough time to recognize it and I can't turn it off or start DFU mode.
    What can I do?

You can always put it in DFU, make sure you're doing it correctly

You probably have to restore to a clean 2.0 before you try agian

You can turn it off by holding the Power and Home button.
From there, it's simple to put into DFU mode.

Strange. Suddenly the DFU mode work. Before was it just restarting while I press the home- and powerbutton.
    bobby681, I will immediately try with a clean 2.0

Because he has low self esteem and thinks he will become part of the "in crowd" by creating a display name similar to one of a person who has a lot of posts on an iPod forum.

Back on topic, yes you can always try to put it in DFU mode. The way you are explaining it I don't see any other choice.
