I just jailbroke my iPod Touch 3.1.2 MC model about a week ago. The jailbreak worked fine. But then I accidently rebooted my iPod by holding the power button. After that it erased all the jailbreak data. So when I finally restored it, the battery percent was still next to my battery. I had SBSettings before I rebooted the iPod. So why is the battery percent still there, even though I don't have Cydia anymore?

You changed the files, and restored to a backup. If you used MiM it would be there still too.
