Ipod Touch is possessed. Help please?

    1st gen Itouch is opening apps, typing and generally not behaving...all without the screen being touched at all. Hard reset had no effect, restore fixed the problem for a little while but it started again. Is it just possessed?

    hardware issues? Maybe the touch screen is broken.

    As Loose said, it probably is a hardware issue. Your iPod can't 'be possessed' unless you SSH into it and don't change the password (which is extremely stupid).

    Just take it back to an Apple Store and see what they can do for you
