K so i had just bought an 8G ipod touch and i was messing around with it and i accidently put a password on it and i tried it to many times. So now when i turn on the ipod it just says ipod disabled, please connect to itunes. and it wont let me do anything. K so now i plug it in to my computer and itunes wont read it at all. So ive tried restoring it and it wont work because i tunes does not recongize it so i cant restore it at all. All it says is "Cannot restore "James Ipod" please connect to computer normally synced with" I have no clue what to do. I took it to futureshop, they didnt know what to do and told me to call apple. I waited on the phone for an hour and no one helped me. Someone please help me.

well even if u did plug into itunes it would still ask for that password, now im not completely sure, so wait for some other suggestions, but you MAY have to start anew (restore the ipod)

now dont go run off and do this yet because you will lose all ur music and videos

wait a little while to see if someone has a workaround for unlocking it

    good luck!
