Ok, so my EX gf put a pass code on my ipod which it never had before.

i don't use the pass code on it because the only people who ever are allowed to hold this ipod is her and I.

if the ipod says "ipod is disabled, connect to itunes" does it mean the info is all deleted?

the background pic is still there...

The photos must have come somewhere when you downloaded them onto your touch. Another reason to be suspicious

You really need to get the passcode from her.... Tell her she's being ridiculous. Or just bug her until she get annoyed and tell her if she gives you the passcode you'll leave her alone and you both will live in peace.

They were on a computer that his girlfriend now has...so he doesn't have access to the original computer in which the ipod was synced to.

LOL, tell the police and say your property is now inoperable because of her. If she can't fix it, on the bright side you'll be entitled to a new one on her behalf with the legal system on your side... that will be sure to ruin her day...

    >___> i've dealt with many evil, spiteful ex's, but myself i could never go to the authorities just out of the way i live. For you I say to go for it...
