    That actually isn't Apple's safe mode. That's made by Saurik (err, well, I guess I could be wrong).

    Just do as it says and reboot or respring.

    Yep, it is a Saurik creation. It means a MobileSubstrate extension isn't working as it should, and for safety reasons all have been disabled.

    Just respring like it says, and if it keeps happening uninstall your most recent MS extension you downloaded

    it happens all the time lol hows it a fa1l?, it stopped your device from crashing
