Ipod Touch I REALLY NEED HELP

    ok... i had to restore my ipod touch..(i didnt had my pc at that moment. ) thats why i went in to the settings->general->reset... and reset the settings.... then it restarted and showed that have to connect itunes... then i try to connect to the itunes but nothing happenes.... tried to unnistal and install...again... but nothing happenes

    what can i do... the ipod doesnt do anything else then show the image with the cable and itunes

    i suggest a manual resore. follow these steps, and your ipod will be working in no time

    -open itunes
    -plug in ipod
    -hold both on/off and home button until apple logo appears.
    -let go of on/off button.
    -keep holding home button until itunes asks to restore.
    -itunes will do the rest

    i reset my ipod touch and then the ipod restared by it self... then there was a picture that showed u have to connect ur ipod to itunes ..i turn on my itunes but nothing happenes.... my itunes just doesnt do anything... .

    try unplugging the iPod from the USB port and quit iTunes... Plug ipod back in and open up iTunes again.. the iPod should be in recover mode and you should be able to recover

    the problem is with itunes it just doesnt do anything...

    reinstall itunes, then proceed.

    Homeless Touchies?

    I'm a PC user not mac, and i had a similar problem.

    The only thing helped was going to an Apple (or gravis store) and having them connected my touchi at their machines.
    Soon everything was fine, just one connection with a mac.
    Looks like it was missing it's family, uh??!?
