Do you mean like tethering your iPod touch to your computer? Don't think so.

u just find the wifi using ur ipod touch, and then go to setting, click the wifi connection u want to connect to, and if it asks for the password, put it in

nope. Because you need your ipod touch to connect to a router in the first place... unless your talking about using it to connect to your router and then via USB provide your computer its internet like a USB dongle.

Using someone elses WiFi without their permission is classed as tresspassing and is punishable by law, I found out my neighbours were using mine so I named the router "STOP LEECHING OFF MY INTERNET" I think they stopped after that haha.

But routers are a pretty nifty thing to have so try to get some money together to buy one.
