Ok the problem is when the headphones are plugged in normal it sound like It's "underwater". cant hear vocals and some parts of a song. I literally have to smash and hold the headphone thing to the left for it to sound normal. Is there any fix?

Is it your iPod itself, or is it just your earphones?

I had this problem. Just send your iPod into apple and they will replace it. Just make sure you restore or if wanted, you can DFU restore.

Try restoring first, and if it doesn't work then, schedule an appointment at an Apple Store or send it in. Always be sure to try a restore or a DFU and try again before you take the most drastic measure of sending it in.
