ipod touch goes start to itune logo when it starts

    i have tried EVERYTHING. i can not do the recovery from itunes because it does not detect on my computer or itunes. ipod touch goes start to itune logo when it starts. yes i have tried different computers and different port but it does not work.i noticed that when i was about to turn off the ipod i seen this
    please help

    my friends ipod did the same when he gave it to me to jailbreak. it scared the sh*t outta me. i was like oh great, another ipod f****d up. do a dfu restore. all SHOULD be well.

    i have no idea if it was jailbroken
    i bought it off of someone thinking i can fix it
    and it doesnt detect on the computer so how should i do a dfu restore

    sounds like it is a ipod touch 3g that is jailbroken. you should put it into dfu by holding down power and home button for 15 sec, then release the power (STILL HOLD DOWN THE HOME KEY!!). wait until it responses and restore it through itunes.

    i already said the dfu restore doesnt work
    also the ipod does not charge.

    First off, you should never
    buy a broken electronic thinking you can fix it.
    Maybe you can try a different cable. When you plug the iPod in can you hear the beeps?
