    Hello everyone,
I've been having trouble with my iPod Touch 1g wifi for a while, so I decided to order an opening kit and see what the problem was. Sure enough, I realized that if I held the wifi antenna down with pressure, the iPod would detect my network. As shown in the picture I'm about to include, the areas at the "rivets" (I put lines next to them) aren't stuck down as they should be, but rather popping up. Aside from buying a bricked iPod Touch on ebay and replacing the wifi antenna, I was wondering if anyone ever encountered a problem similar to this, and if so, what the solution was. Thanks for your time, it is much appreciated.
Also please note that the picture used is generic, and does not represent my actual iPod, so please do not comment saying that my iPod looks fine, as the one shown is not mine. It is meant to show the areas of the iPod touch where the wifi antenna has become loose. Thanks.
