iPod Touch Chrome Replacement ?

    you mean the steel backing?
    Is it really damaged or just scratched? I would recommend just sanding it down with some fine grit sandpaper or steel wool to make a "brushed" look.

    It would be a pain in the a$$ to replace, but you could do it.
    Chances are you would break the front glass and you always run the risk of not putting it back together right.

    I found one in ebay if that is what you need to know.

    I would like to know this too, because I have a dent right next to the volume rocker that's really annoying.

    I wouldn't attempt it alone. Its not worth the risk of completely ruining your ipod. I took a semi-functional ipod touch apart and now it is completely non-functional. Maybe find a shop or online service that will do it for you.
