On my iPod Touch, I'm not able to set the Bluetooth setting to "on" (I'm getting there by going to Settings>General>Bluetooth). It won't let me move the sliding bar to "on" -- it automatically reverts back to "off".

Has anyone encountered this problem? How can I fix this?

    Thanks!

Yep, swiping (left to right) without moving my finger back, but it never stays at that setting and just switches back.

For some reason, it seems to work after I've reset the network settings... but now it can't find other devices despite the fact my cell phone is right next to it. *sigh*

It doesn't connect to cell phones, just iPods and iPhones
