I was 1.1.2 jailbroken and updating to 1.1.3 jailbreak. after i did the iBrikr i went to installer and clicked software upgrade to 1.1.3. the download failed so i tried again, failed. tryed again and iPod froze. (i don't know if software upgrade ever worked)i held the power button and eventually restarted. it worked and stuff then i went back to installer and deleted the 300mb file. i went back to the menu's and it did the updating circle spin, it never ended (iPod froze again). I held in power again, eventually restarted then when it was starting up the spinning loading circle showed up again on the apple logo. and it has been there since but stop spinning and is just frozen.

is my iPod broken? anyone else had this experiance? what do i do?

    Please Help!!

it's supposed to spin for a while.
sometimes up to like 10 mins.
    just let it run.
if it goes too much longer try forcing it into recovery mode and restoring it.

My computer doesn't recoginize the iPod anymore, and therefore I can't restore it. The circle isn't spinning. Everything is just frozen.

    Is that suppost to happen?

But connect it to your computer and try forcing the recovery mode.
If my memory not fails, hold power and home buttons, after like 10 seconds release power button and keep the home pressed, then I think your computer might recognize it.

well you should've let the circle spin for longer, then you wouldn't have a problem. i thought it was taking long as well, but i left it and bam

yeah, downgrade to 1.1.1 and then just head over to jailbreakme.com, let it do it's thing, then plug your ipod in to your pc and run iBrickr, and let it do it's thing. it will take time, be patient

    good luck
