    Hi,
    I think my ipod touch is bricked.
    I tried to install openSSH on my ipod touch but when I put the ipod off and then back on there's a black window full of white letters...
    When I tried to connect with pc (for restore) :
    IOIpodUSBDevice::startIpodStack can't start! Need configuration

    so I can't restore...

    Please say what I have to do ..
    thank you

    Plug in

    Turn off

    Hold both buttons for 10 s

    Release power, but hold home until it pops up in iTunes

    Restore

    Upgrade to 2.x.

    BRICKED=NOT REPARABLE, USE ONLY AS A BRICK!!

    YOUR IPOD TOUCH IS INPOSSILBE TO BREAK, YOU CAN ALWAYS RESTORE, STOP BEING A NOOB!!!

    just dfu mode and then upgrade.
