you can just see the apple icon and nothing else happens. if i connect it to the pc itunes doesn't react. also there is no ssh or wifi possible

the recovery mode works but THIS is the prob:
I've got some important files in my "var/mobile/ directory on the touch ..how can I get access to them ?

I also tried re-jailbreaking with ZiPhone and pwnage, they can access the touch but after everything is done and the touch is going to reboot it freezes agein

so the only thing i can do is: access the touch in recovery mode..I need these files...and I hope you can help me.

but don't post comments like "it's your own fault 'cuz you have to backup important files" <- yes thats right but I put these files on my touch yesterday and today I want to backup them..but however I can't reboot

I'm thinking of something like ziphone or pwner do:
access the touch via itunes ...perhaps there is an app with which I can access (through itunes) the touch like SSH
..well I had SSH turned ON but the touch doesn't boot or it doesn't load the wifi

You could try iphonebrowser or iphonepcsuite to get them back. Not very reliable though...

you can't access the ipod touch through wifi neither through the cable...
cuz if I connect the cable, the touch says: Starting Stack failure - Need Configuration

ok..now I resetted the touch..but I didn't synced it, so the deleted data should remain on the NAND
now is my question: ARE there actually ANY solutions/tools for restoring deleted files ? 'cuz recently someone found it out that you CAN do that
