ipod touch black screen with message(panic cpu)

    hi guys, i got an ipod touch 2nd gen, not jailbroken and never tried, after 1 year it started to freze up on me, i tried just about everything from restore as new to instal an older firmware and it still frezez, there is times when i try to restart the ipod i get black screen with messages or just lines, could you guys give me an advice what to do

    wow, i never seen that before on an ipod
    Put your ipod in dfu mode and do a full restore, see if that works

    i tried that too, and it still frezez, it even froze when i finished instaling a new firmware and i opend the safari

    Looks like hardware? Is it still under warranty? The fact that restoring doesn't fix it indicates it's not a firmware problem.

    woah. thats creepy. take it to apple, this seems like a very rare problem.

    no is not under watanty, there is anyway to do a full diagnostic?

    have you tried DFU'ing or recovery mode restoring?

    That looks really weird... Did you try DFU?

    dfu mode

    DFU mode is when you shut it off the ipod, and started again while pressing home and sleep button in the same time and you get the connect the itunes message than you start restoring,
    i tried this option to,

    The funny thing is for the past few days it did not froze yet
