Hello, my iPod Touch only last a few hours listing to music, and it used to last a lot longer. The iPod is unjailbroken right now, wifi is off, there is no apps, nothing is on it except music but still last a few hours. So I'm tring to get it repaired by Apple soon. There is no Apple store here, but I'm going down south for a few days and I could go to the Apple store there. So I have a few questions: How should I get it repaired (mail, or go there)? What was your experiences? -Do Apple just replace it with a refurb (should i remove the invisible shield, been there since day one, and don't want to scratch it up during shipping if im going to send it in)? How long does it take? Do I have to make a appointment if I'm going there to get it fixed? My iPod is a 2nd gen, 32GB, no engravings, still under warranty. Thanks!
