    Okay here it goes:

Right now im restoring from a backup and then im going to pwn my 2.0.2
My question is, after im done restoring, do I have to back up my ipod again? I want the same backup available for when I pwn my ipod and restore again, so do i have to back it up again or will it save the backup that im using now?

also, where is the backup file located? I have winXP

    Ummm what?
If you are restoring a backup now, and your going to restore again in like 5 minutes, why are you restoring from a backup now?

Not on your iPod, the backup will remain in your iTunes, but restoring deletes everything off your iPod, but after you JB and Restore, you can still go and backup as far as i know.

    in iTunes

after the restore, it will give you the option to install the last backup

Yep, its all fine, your backup will never get deleted from iTunes unless you manually delete it.
Jailbreaking and restoring etc etc will not harm your Backup.

you can use quickpwn to upgrade to 2.x without having to restore. I have successfully done it and jailbroke 2.0.2 and have installer/cydia/appstore/all the normal ipod apps without losing any contacts, music, web pages, etc. You will just lose your applications (which you will with any restore/update)
