Is there any app available anywhere to allow me to use my iPod touch as a keyboard/mouse for my computer over the USB sync cable?

I don't have Wi-Fi, otherwise I'd use something from the app store.

I just want this so that I can use a really long USB extension cable and use my PC from my bed

Any help would be great thanks!

How you use the see the screen? But, I guess it's possible to use localhost and run a tunnel session or something. But you'd need to develop an app to use it.

Why not just buy a wireless keyboard/mouse combo?

Logitech Mouse app for iPod is not fail. It's actually really useful.

Don't slap it down and say it would be a failure. It works just like any other mouse, only it's a touch pad, like a laptop has. :O

For a little bit more couldn't you just get a wireless router?

Ok, I splashed out... I am using the Logitech app and it certainly ISN'T fail. If only it worked in games... (The keyboard)
