Hey, I have a non-wireless LAN with no wireless hardware at all.

If I were to purchase this Buffallo wireless USB adapter:
    http://www.ebuyer.com/product/75269
could I bridge my connection and create an Ad-Hoc network between the usb dongle and the iTouch?
In the product description it says: "Supports Infrastructure or Ad-hoc Modes"

Anyone know if the WiFi adapter in the iTouch supports Ad-Hoc mode, or does it need an access point (AP) in order to connect?

    Many thanks in advance

should work. i have done this before with my axim and it worked fine. i dont see a problem although using ICS isnt that reliable. get a cheap dlink router instead, or even just an AP (access point).
