If I have a 16gb and a 8gb, is there anyway I can take the 16 out and put it in the 8gb, like change the boards or something?

If it was that simple, I would have arranged for my 16GB to be upgraded to double the capacity a long time ago!

its worth a try on two broken iPods. but ill guarantee you that it is not possible by hand. you'd need a million-dollar machine to do it for you.

I don't really find it a stupid question considering if your not on computers all hours of the night, I didn't realize it was in the board, I thought maybe you could replace the board. I don't have a itouch just asking,

It's not really that stupid of a question...
You people should stop posting obnoxious and useless posts.

And like others have said, I highly doubt it's possible.
