i replaced my ipod touch 3g for a 4g which i bought two days ago but since the first day i got it, the battery will die over night. i charged it just before i went to bed and when i wake up in the next day its completely dead. what should i do? i never had any problems with my 3g's battery.

Yes, I believe you have a defective battery and should request a replacement seeing as several people in the forums have had this sort of problem and their threads always ended with a replacement.
