    Well, I am buying a iPod Touch 4G for sure and I just have a little question.

    Should I buy the 8GB Model or the 32GB Model?

    I am looking at it like this.

    8GB = $249 CDN ($281 CDN w/ Taxes)
    32GB = $319 CDN ($360 CDN w/ Taxes)

    I currently have an iPod Touch Gen 1 8GB Model. I have yet to use all of the 8GB but with the HD Video recording on the 4th Gen, I think I will manage to use it all.

    So my main question is, is it worth the extra $80 for 4 times more memory on the new iPod touch?

    I agree, get the 32GB one. Who knows what will Apple invent in the future, and with HD video, 8GB is just too small.

    get either the 32gb or 64gb. i live in Canada too.the prices are sooo bad. dont pre order... your losing like 25$ on it. everyyear they are the same priced in the US and canada... meanign the price will be only 300$ for it in retail stores. WAIT. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

    You are soon gonna find out that 8GB is too small for you. Get the 32GB, you won't regret it.

    Seriously...I'm facing the same dilemma but I must admit: you are practically being ripped off by getting the 8GB when for $70 more you can get 4x the memory. Get the bigger memory. It's worth it.

    Well I think the big thing is that the HD video recording takes a lot of space (or so I've heard) thats why I am thinking of getting the 32GB model.

    32gb -- it's better to be safe rather than regretting it later on.
