So, I got Xcode and the iPhone simulator (which comes with the 3GS, iPad, and now iPhone 4). I was running through the iPhone 4 simulator features, it all works well (although in the simulator the device itself looks like an ipad, haha). Obviously, the iPhones actually work as iPod touches - but I found some proof for the iPhone 4 having a Touch equivalent. 1. The 3GS says "carrier" where AT&T normally is. On the 4 it's very specific on model rather than carrier - just like the touch. 2. In the bookmarks for Safari, instead of the iPhone guide it has an iPod touch guide. And there are no indicators for iPHONE, but rather the iPOD. 3. It just makes sense that Apple wouldn't have an awesome new iPhone and not have an iPod touch to follow it. Hurr durr.
