So I'm considering replacing my iPod Touch 1G with an iPod Touch 3G. The only thing I'm concerned about is its future in regards to jailbreaking. For example, the 3GS took a while for the Dev Team to find an exploit (though it was an old method). I'm wondering if Apple might do the same to the 3G iPod Touch. I really like my jailbroken apps and I'm upgrading because my 1G is getting kinda beat up, I want external volume, a microphone, and much more memory so it doesn't slow to a crawl like my 1G does sometimes. But anyways, could Apple integrate something into the 3G hardware that will make it un-jailbreakable?
