Just to clarify, i just jailbroke my 32GB iPot with no trouble. It came shipped with 1.1.3 and january upgrade.

    Steps:
*Downgraded to 1.1.1, and jailbroke with www.jailbreakme.com
*Installed Oktoprep and updated to 1.1.2, Jailbroke
*Installed Official 1.1.3 Upgrader from installer, and it did all the work.

    And it all worked excellent!

What steps did you take to downgrade?

    Sadly, you aren't on 1.1.3.
And, you aren't the first one to do this.

But, you think it is an achievement.

All the soft upgrade does is exchange the 1.1.2 files with their 1.1.3 counterparts. So, in theory, you are still on 1.1.3. Yes, your iPod and iTunes both think your iPod is on 1.1.3, but no, no its not. Trust me, I have made iTunes believe my ipod was on version 69.69.69.

    Also, here
is where you think its an achievement. There was nothing to
In turn, you are just attempting to give a reason to show off your iPod. There are many places to do this other than here. Trust me, bman555 has done this already.

    Don't try to bash me.

    Ok, *Bowing in the dust*!

Edit: Besides, was only trying to refer to the post on the front page, where a guy only had it at 1.1.1. My bad for not reading any further in that thread, where multiple people had done this already.

can someone close this thread? It is so pointless. New forum members should not allowed to post for a week after joining so they will search and read what's going on b4 posting. Sorry if being rude but if this guy searched he would not have bothered posting.

    Second that.

I think they do something like that on some other forum where people can't start new threads until they posted an X amount of comments in posts or something like that. I forgot if it was hackint0sh or InsanelyMac.
