Heeeyy, I'm new to the forums, so hello. Please Register or Log in to view images I bought an iPod touch in Noveber 09. So I'm assuming it's the 3rd generation but I'm not sure. But I'm running the 3.1.2 firmware. Here is what I did, and it doesn't seem to have worked. 1. I jailbroke my iPod touch with Blackra1n. No problems. 2. Once Blackra1n was on, I downloaded Cydia. No problems. Then I reboot Cydia, because it told me to. 3. Cydia is all sucessful, then I go to download SBSettings, and it downloads, and after downloading it tells me to reboot my iPod, so I do. But then when it's booting back up, it tells me to plug my iPod into iTunes and goes into "recovery mode" which then forces me to restore. So what's my problem, and what do I do? I thought it was supposed to be easy. I've tried the "hold the power and home button for 10 seconds", doesnt' work for me... So some advice would be awesome. Thank-you. -Isaac EDIT: By the way, I'm on Windows Vista. I'm going to try it on XP, because I've read that might have an affect on it. EDIT AGAIN: I tried it on Windows XP, no luck. Unless someone can help, I'm just going to have it non-jailbroken.
