Please do not flame me for anything that could be cleared up by a search. I have tried for the better part of today to fix this without branching out for help and all it got me was a bricked computer.

Now, yesterday I bought a ipod touch 2nd gen with 2.2.1 firmware installed. I tried to jailbreak it. It worked I got cydia and installer but when I tried to get one of those apps that may not be kosher with the itunes store(Cr*cked) and I hit sync to add the app to my touch it said could not verify app and didn't install it. I then tried to add one of my friends apps by syncing my ipod to her computer(her apps work on her jailbroken touch) and they wouldn't work(get installed) on mine. So, I went to bed. Today I noticed my ipod had a dead pixel so I returned it and got a brand new one(hehe warranty) and tried to jailbreak again. Again i got cydia and installer but it still wont add unverifiable apps. I run the most recent itunes. Any support or links to anything helpful would be extreemly appreciated.

Actually I saw a few cases that people got banned just for talking about it.

    No talking about it whatsoever.
I'd just edit your post and tell a mod to close it, they might not ban you...
