iOS 4.0 Ipod touch 2nd gen upgrade to 4.0?

    Het guys i want to answer me a question!Could you tell me the advantages of upgrading ipod touch to 4.0S?

    well, If you like a slow device this is for you, for a 2G device, DO NOT upgrade to 4.0, its extremely laggy, almost unusable.

    the only adantages (for you) are folders but you can enable multitasking and homescreen wallpapers by jailbreaking
    its best to stay on 3.x because its much faster

    Folders is laggy on the 2g. Best to stay JB and use categoriessb and winterboard.

    I find my 2G 8GB on 4.0 was so much better on 4.0 that I downgraded to 3.1.3, jailbroke, and then re upgraded to 4.0, just because it was much faster. Once you've lived with the fastness of 4.0 you cant live with 3.1.3. well, i cant.

    The problem is how the persistent wifi makes the battery go down 5% from just one hour lock mode. Yes you heard me right, it consumes battery while its locked =.=
