Hi everyone - can you help me please!!
I am a very very frustrated ipod punter. Have a nano which works fine but I have purchased an ipod touch at Christmas second generation 8gb. I cannot sync it on my HP pavilion pc - using vista. It recognises it and after a few downloads it produces an error message saying it cannot be read from or written to. I have tried the following:-

    1. Spoke to Apple 5 times.
    2.Restored ipod
    3. Unistalled itunes
    4. reinstalled itunes
    5. returned original ipod and bought another ipod

I still cannot get it to work. Apple say it is my pc settings or restrictions - whatever this means. I am about to get an ipod refund as I cannot stand it any longer. You are my last hope - can anyone out there suggest another route I could try.
    In hope

Do you have access to another PC, with possibly another O/S (like Mac OS X or Windows XP)?
