I have a ipod touch MB model. I've had it ever since the release day for 2g's, but today when I tried to listen to music the only thing you hear is static or any other app. I figured the internal speakers were busted, but then I plugged in my headphones and I get nothing nut static still. Is there anyway to fix this?

Even after restore? Then you might have a problem like a burnt out component of some sort, which can't be fixed software wise.
