Yesterday I was watering my dads plants and a few drops got on the ipod.

It was working fine until later on in the night and now refuses to turn on at all
I put it in an air tight container covered in rice over night and checked it this morning but nothing different so its back in the container.

Anything else I can do? Its been more wet than this before when I left it by a sink once and in rain but this time its not turning back on.
Its jailbroken so I don't know whether I can send it back to Apple or not.

    Please Help
    Thanks

do not turn it on until you are 100% sure it is dry. You may short-circuit it if you do. If you want to send it off, make sure that the litmus paper in the headphone jack is not red (indicating a prescence of water) and be a 100% sure that you cannot put it int DFU Mode, Turn it on, or restore it. You should then be safe to send it off
