My iPod 2g is stuck in DFU (not recovery mode). I have a black screen on my iPod. With iReb, I can get into recovery mode but it has a screen that states the following:
I attempted to restore the 3.0 ip2g firmware, but it did not work.

I have tried to install the following firmwares to no avail: 2.21, 3.0, 3.1.3, 4.0. Nothing has worked.

I have attempted to use iRecovery, Decovery, iReb, Ziphone, QuickPwn, etc. Nothing has worked. I have also attempted to restore the firmware using three different computers

Every time I attempt to restore I get "unknown error", but with different error codes.

I attempted to restore my iPod using that method, but it does not work for me.

I'm trying restore again with iOS 4. It hasn't crashed yet.
