ipod touch 2g question

    i have a ipod touch 2g 8gb and yesterday i noticed that there was a red dot in the top of my ipod (off the screen) i only noticed it in the bright light. i kinda thought it was a camera but the ipod touches dont come with a camera...can anyone help

    it senses the light and then adjusts the brightness of the screen.

    lol yea, i noticed that on my iphone when i was out in the sun, i was freaking out thinking they were eyes that apple used to spy on us XD. you should have like 3 holes right? 2 on top of each other and 1 to the left of those

    Go out in the bright sun and then see, It's almost invisible. You wont be able to see it in bright light, you can see it only under the sun. Pretty weird.
