Hi i have a 16 gig ipod touch 2g i decided to put on an invisishield the other day but for some odd reason i turn it on today and the backlight doesnt work and also the touch screen is unresponsive sometimes. The thing in the headphone slot isnt pink its still white but could could it have still been water damage?

I was kinda worrying about the special liquid stuff that came with the invisishield but i used it anyways. Should i keep it off for awhile longer and if it fixes itself should i keep it? I can still return it but then i would need to buy another screen protector.

Any responses to this questions would be greatly appreciated thanks.

Yeah, keep it shut off face down on an absorbing cloth for a day or so, it should fix itself...
probably just small water drops are disrupting the electric circuits inside...

Did you spray the liquid stuff on the iPod or the shield itself?
