My iPod Touch 2g is running jailbroken 4.0 (yes i need to update my info) but this problem has persisted from 3.1.2 to 3.1.3 until now. It would happen then stop so I would think nothing of it. Now my iPod is out of warranty by a couple months and I am saving up for an iPad so I can't afford to pay a couple hundred dollars for a new iPod or repairs. Hopefully someone can tell me of a DIY fix. So my iPod is acting like the home button is being pressed 24/7 and constantly turns itself on, locks itself, and brings up the power toggle, but still works when I press it. Any help at all is appreciated.
