iPod Touch 2G not booting

    I turned off my ipod after I installed cydia and now it shoes the apple logo and then it stays at a black screen what is going on!

    I had this problem, You should restore your FW and JB ipod touch again.

    omg help

    it stays at the black screen and I don't know how to turn it off and it seems like the device is getting hotter!

    HELP :'(

    hold home and power button for 10-15 seconds

    im now downgrading to 2.2.1 this version sucks so much

    It doesn't suck.. it's just not as stable... and especially when jailbroken.... just means Apple are starting to pull back the upper hand

    This happened to me twice. I restored. Played with the clean 3.0 for a minute, than redid the JB, it works now.
