iOS 4.1 iPod Touch 2G MC users: Have you tried this?

    It'll be a tethered Jailbreak. You'll need a PC to boot your iPod after you turn it off completely.

    I need to make this clear but if you have a tethered jailbreak and you respring do you need your computer to boot?

    I got an iPod touch 2G MB model, and it worked for me. I don't know if MCs will work, but when I ran Sn0wbreeze it asked me if I had an MB or MC model, and if it was an MC it'd be tethered. Hope this helps you in some way

    No. If you reboot, then you need to plug into your computer to boot

    Ah okay.I rarely ever reboot so I may go ahead and try Redsnow for my iPod.I will just use Cyder 2 to make sure I never have to take it out and reboot.

    That's not a complete turn-off, it wouldn't cause the tether to activate. (From what I remember)
