This is classic! The firmware won't do a damn thing but not work on your ipod and even if it didn't it wouldn't change anything

Whats with the stupid f***ing questions? like they are different firmwares because they are made for two different devices. Like holy sh*t what would be the point of the 2g having its own firmware, different from the 1g if they were compatible? and the reason why the 2g can be over clocked is because of its HARDWARE, NOT ITS SOFTWARE (FIRMWARE). Thats like asking if the iphone firmware can run on an iPod, and then asking if it turns the ipod touch into an iphone giving it the ability to make calls. This forum f***ing sucks ever since 2.0 came out. the news is always old and the dumbest f***ing people are here. Stupid people that ask willdta or tysiphone help when they are making the next jailbreak. they dont make the jailbreaks! they just read the dev teams blog and shows people how to do it. its not hard.
