The only thing I can do is view pictures and charge the iPod when connected to my xbox 360. Is there a way to listen to music or watch videos using the ipod?

I have it jailbroken, is there some sort of file that I can get from cydia or something to allow this??

It's the file system Apple uses. Hacking, modding your 360 won't help. Plus the Itunes library is not a bunch of songs in a folder like a flash drive, and even if the xbox could read it, you wouldn't know what you were playing until you played it.

Other iPods work on the Xbox 360 it's just the touch that doesn't seem to work for me.

iPod Touch doesn't work on PS3 either, although I can see PS3 getting a patch for that before M$, for obvious reasons.

Its because you cant enable the Touch as a hard disk in iTunes (this would let other devices like an xbox see it as a removable drive), unlike the Nano for example. I dont know why they disabled this feature for the Touch, maybe it would make it easier to hack?
