I updated to 4.0, I have iTunes and used Redsn0w but when I try to put in DFU Mode, it shows the apple screen then after a few seconds it goes to the home screen.

Plug your iPod into the computer
    Now turn it off
Now hold the power button for 3 seconds
Now hold the power and home for 10 seconds
Now release the power but keep holding the home button until windows finds it.

I mean there is no such thing as you can't enter DFU Mode, i've been doing that for 2 years now.

Okay, maybe you need to keep on trying, its not easy at first.

Remember after releasing the Power button, keep on holding the Home button, even if the Apple logo is there, just continue.

Sorry, if i was rude. My apologies.

I know but I actually can't. I do what it says, I've done it loads of times before. I'll try it tomorrow an if it don't work, I'm going to go back to 3.1.3.
