Well, long story short... I was showering, then my iPod just jumped out of no where, *I was listening to music through this speaker, but i guess the sound was too loud, that it fell, and iPod went and showered with me*

Well here's good (As of: 4:30 PM EASETERN TIME, I haven't turned it on since 4:45 PM)
    GOOD:
    -Touch Screen/Screen Works Perfect
    -Charger Port Works
-Headphone Jack works, but sometimes stops the music, then you have to tap play again
    -Lock/Home button Works...

    BAD:
Somehow Wi-Fi is not working anymore... idk if it will be able to be fixed if it's dry... but i'm guessing it's not a possibility but hopefully it will get fixed...

When i go to preferences Wifi - Not Found...

    i'm like wtf...

so what should i do, from what I've heard, just let it dry and turned off for at least 2 days...
    which i'm about to do...

(i also don't know if it still has warranty. I bought it off a friend)

Let it dry. Water damage is not covered under Apple's Limited Warranty for iPod, so you're out of luck there.

Putting it in rice helps, or so I've heard.

    ^ Agreed.
The worst thing you can do it turn it on and use it. Place it in a bowl of rice under a sunny spot.

so you guys think wifi will start working then?

I'm thinking of doing that tomorrow, because I currently don't own rice... I'll probably go to my friends house, to just borrow their rice, and just sit outside with it...

    thanks guys!

Let it sit in rice for a few days too, just to make sure that it will fully dry.

You use rice because it absorbs the water (if you made plain rice, you would know how)

Okay i got it to sit in a locked zip lock bag with dry rice, for about 12 hrs now...
i'm going to wait til' tomorrow about 12:00 PM Eastern Time

I'm wishing my Wi-Fi could work again, that's all i'm wishing!

You guys think it'll still be able to work ?
some people got their ipod touch wet, and wifi was working but screen wasn't
so okay... i'm like wtf. Before i fully turned off my itouch and put it inside the zip lock

I went to Preferences> then Inside there, I tried tapping on Wi-Fi
it says "No Wi-fi" or something like that

If the wi-fi doesn't work after sitting in the rice for about 24 hours try a hard restore....If that fails then check to see if the white paper in the head phone jack is white, if it's white Apple will replace it, if the paper is pink your screwed.....
