ipod touch 1g wont boot! spinning wheel under apple boot logo after reset

    I just rest all content and settings on my ipod and after it finished, now my ipod wont boot! i just see a stuck spinning wheel thats not spinning directly under the apple logo and has been doing that for 10 minutes.

    yeah, never do taht on a jailbroken ipod. dfu restore.

    it's on firmware 2.2.1

    ok i put it in recovery mode and restored to 2.2.1 and then updated to 3.1.3. can i jailbreak it?

    On the 1st gen, yes. If you don't want to jailbreak 3.1.3 just downgrade to 3.1.2 and jailbreak using blackra1n
