Hello everyone. Just recently I jailbroke my ipod. I came home one day and it was off and wouldnt come back on. I connected it to my computer and it didnt recognize it. So i put it in DFU Mode. When i put it in DFU Mode a sound came up and on itunes it sayed waiting on ipod. Well i kept waiting and got the error "An ipod has been detected, but cannot be identified. Error 1602". Can someone please help me. And if it helps when i plug it in and put it in dfu it has a connect sound then has a disconnect sound then has another connect sound then a disconnect sound again. Thanks for the help!.... "It was jailbroken with cydia"

UPDATE; I was able to get ahold of my itunes logs. Can someone see something in here that might have something to do with it. I know for sure now its disconnecting when connect into itunes.

To Hacker's : im not sure but can you upload an iBSS file via irecovery ???
because the libpois0n exploit in tetheredboot-utility dose not work for the iPod touch 1g...
But if we could upload the iBSS we could probably restore form there or upload a kernelcache and boot his iPod with itunnel :D

if you didn't understand this... no problem... :) im sure some people will :)

Haha I have no idea what that is bro, But I was able to put some thing together. When i try to do ANYTHING to the ipod it will disconnect. For instance. If i plug my ipod into my computer and then put it in dfu mode without itunes up it will connect fine. When i click on itunes and bring it up, it says waiting on ipod because it disconnects it. I can hear it. Any Solutions?
