Ipod Touch 1.1.5

    I have an Ipod touch with firmware 1.1.5 which is jailbroken
    I have downloaded certain applications from itunes into the itunes applications. but these are not being transferred to my ipod.
    can somebody answer me plz....
    I dont have the access to wi-fi on my touch.....so have to do it from computer only.

    Probably because your on 1.1.5

    Move up to 2.2.1 then re-jailbreak and it will work.

    hmmm.....

    i tried to download the restore file for the 2.2.1 but it does not restore//....it says that the file is not compatible,

    I'm assuming you've bought the 2.0 upgrade, if you have follow this, if you haven't then don't because its illegal.

    • On your iPod hold down home and power until the screen turns off.
    • Then let go of the power button but still hold the home button for another 10 seconds.
    • Connect your iPod to iTunes and it should tell you its in Recovery mode.
    • Hold down the shift key on your computer while clicking the restore button on iTunes.
    • Browse to the 2.2.1 file you got from iTunes.
    • Restore to it.
