Hi ! After hours of tries and reading i've finally found the fastest and cleanest way to upgrade my Ipod Touch to 1.1.3 and get the app pack fully working without anything wrong.
    This fully worked for me.

Here's a guide for successfully and painless upgrading (FOR IPOD TOUCH ONLY):

    First step REQUIREMENTS:

    Second Step JAILBREAKING

Third step YOUR IPOD THINKS TO BE AN IPHONE AND YOU CAN'T SEE THE NEW APPS !!!!!

I SUGGEST FOLLOWING THE NEXT STEP BECAUSE SYMLINKING THE APPLICATIONS FOLDER LET YOU HAVE VIRTUALLY NO LIMIT ON INSTALLING THIRD PARTY APPS !

Fourth Step CLEANING UP AND TUNING (ONLY FOR USERS WHO WANT A SYMLINK FOR APPLICATIONS FOLDER)

Hi m8 great tutorial, but still a doubt! Is the Activation Popup still going to appear? Cause you didn't mentioned anything about that issue.

Why do we need to edit / replace the N45AP.plist after we patched the SpringBoard?

I edited the file at first (and my iPod thought it was an iPhone) but then I uploaded the patched SpringBoard and reverted the N45AP.plist and it's still working.

I will wait for the Dev team's jailbreak for 1.1.3 though.

    Hi, thanks to everybody.
First of all sorry about my poor english, i'm not british or american. I'm Italian and i'm doing my best.

    Answers:
You're right ! Patching the springboard should be enough to stop ipod acting like an iphone but i edited N45AP.plist for security reasons.
The text i put inside the .plist file is exactly what i had in the M68AP.plist.

It will stop it doing all the trick !
