This is weird, but has happened twice. I let it go the first time because it could've been a random software error. I haven't seen it for about 2 weeks. But it's simple, my iPod is randomly putting itself into recovery mode... Here's what happened:
-My AppStore Apps randomly began to crash. I'd open them up, and they would just go back to the SpringBoard instantly (BEFORE ANYONE MAKES ACCUSATIONS, I'M NOT PIRATING)
-Regular system apps (+Jailbreaking apps) work perfectly fine.
-I restarted my device to make sure that wasn't a problem.
    -Didn't work.
-I set the Applications folder (In var/Mobile/Media I think) to 777 and restarted.
-I heard a "ding" sound when it turned off (The same one from DFU mode)
-I plugged in my iPod into my computer
-iTunes picked it up as being in recovery mode.
-Restored through iTunes seemed to have fixed it

Now I like to understand exactly what happens in just about every case that causes a malfunction of a device (software wise), I'm kinda' OCD about it. I'm pretty good at figuring it out too. But this one just stumps me, what happened to the device. Anyone have any ideas what could have caused this? Anyone else have this happen to them? Could LimeRa1n be the culprit?

-I didn't not put it into recovery mode, just restarted it
-The apps are NOT PIRATED (Reiterate it for everyone)
-I'm just curious about what happened (I find this stuff interesting, it's no fun when everything works 100% perfect

-By knowing the cause, I can fix it without going through the "recovery" process. I doesn't break the jailbreak though. It can also be used for others having this problem (if anyone does)
